Ingredients:

2 lb carne guisada meat (½ inch cubes of beef and/or pork)
2 Tbsp oil
Water, as needed
2 Tbsp Bolner's Fiesta Brand Carne Guisada Seasoning

Directions:

Brown the Meat: In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Brown the meat cubes until well seared.
Simmer the Stew: Add 2 cups of water and cover. Simmer at low heat until the meat is tender, adding more water as needed to prevent sticking.
Add Seasoning: Mix the seasoning with ¾ cup water. Add to the stew and continue simmering for about 15 minutes, until the gravy reaches the desired thickness.
Serve: Spoon the Carne Guisada into hot tortillas.
