Anticuchos Recipe

Ingredients:
2-3 lbs Sirloin, cubed
Bell Peppers (All colors), cut into large chunks
Onion, cut into large chunks
Marinade:
1 cup water
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 Tablespoon Bolner’s Fiesta Brand® Fajita Seasoning
1 Bolner’s Fiesta Brand® Bay Leaf
¼ cup Chopped Jalapenos with juice
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Directions:
In a shallow dish or bowl, prepare marinade by whisking all ingredients together. Add the cubed sirloin and coat it with the marinade. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight to marinate. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and thread the Sirloin cubes and other veggies onto skewers. In a small saucepan, bring excess marinade to a boil to baste on the meat. Sear kababs over a hot fire until cooked to taste, rotating and basting with the marinade every few minutes.
