Carne Guisada Recipe (Using FREE Sample Packet)

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb. Carne Guisada Meat (1/2 inch cubes beef and/or pork) or your favorite cut of roast
1 Tablespoons oil
Water
Carne Guisada Seasoning sample packet (1 oz.)

Brown the meat in 1 Tablespoons of oil. Add 2 cups of water and SIMMER the stew covered at a low heat until the meat is tender (about 1 to 3 hours). Add more water as needed to avoid drying the meat. Mix entire contents of Carne Guisada Seasoning sample packet (1 oz.) with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste and add to the stew. Continue to SIMMER an additional 15 minutes or until the gravy is of the desired thickness. Serve on hot tortillas or over rice!
