Grandma Bolner’s Thanksgiving Meat Dressing
Grandma Bolner’s Thanksgiving Meat Dressing tastes best on Thanksgiving Day 🦃🍗🥧 if made the night before!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Yields: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients:
4 lb. lean ground beef (double grind is best, if possible)
2 medium onions-chopped
10 cloves fresh garlic-chopped
10 stalks celery-diced
1/2 bunch parsley-chopped
10 slices lightly toasted white bread -or- 1 loaf grated French bread (makes fluffier dressing)
6 eggs-beaten
1 cup chicken broth, giblet broth, or your favorite broth
1/2 tablespoon Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Rubbed Sage
2 tablespoons Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning
Directions:
Brown the meat. Add all of the veggies and brown them. Add the broth, bread crumbs, eggs, and spices. Cook until done. No need to stuff in turkey…just warm in the oven and serve!
