Instructions for Salmon

  1. Pat salmon filets dry and brush each filet with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Season the top of each filet liberally with 1 tbsp. Mango Habanero Rub.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 °F and place seasoned filets on baking sheet approximately one inch apart.
  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until fish reaches 145 °F internal temperature (medium).
    Pro Tip – keep a close eye on temperature to avoid dry salmon.
  4. Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes and serve with cilantro-lime rice (instructions below).

Instructions for Rice

  1. Combine 1 cup white rice with 2 cups water in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Once rice reaches boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until all water is absorbed.
  3. When water is absorbed, add butter, cilantro, and Lime Pepper to rice and fluff together with fork. Let sit in saucepan for 5 to 10 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
