Crème Brûlée French Toast Bake

Yields: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 loaves of braided challah bread or brioche bread
- ¾ cup Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Sweet Tooth Topping
- 3 tbspBolner’s Fiesta Brand Sugar and Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 6 eggs
- ¼ brown sugar
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325 °F
- Grease a 9” x 13” glass bakeware dish.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the bread and whisk together until well incorporated.
- Tear your bread into chunks that are roughly 1 1/2” to 2” inches in size.
- With a large spoon, gently turn the bread pieces into the batter until every piece is evenly coated.
- Transfer to the bakeware dish and distribute evenly.
- Top with more Sweet Tooth Topping and Sugar and Cinnamon if desired.
- Bake at 325 °F for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit, syrup or caramel sauce drizzle.
