Manzanilla, aka Chamomile has been around for ages. Its name comes from the Spanish translation “little apple” because of its sweet, apple-like flavor and aroma.
Manzanilla can also be used as a light and refreshing marinade for fish or chicken. You just steep it to a desired strength taste and use the liquid along with any other spices to add flavor.
Directions:
To use this product, simply boil water and steep the Manzanilla in the water for between 3 and 5 min. remove the small sticks or twigs and use as desired.
