Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, juice and zest 2 limes. Add the olive oil and the Mango Habanero seasoning.
  2. Cut peppers and onions into pieces that would fit well onto a skewer and add them to the bowl.
  3. Remove the skin (and optional tails) from shrimp and add them to the bowl.
  4. Gently stir all the ingredients together until the shrimp, peppers and onions are well coated.
  5. Put the ingredients onto skewers, alternating ingredients in the placement.
  6. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

Serve over rice and enjoy!
