Directions:
Rinse fresh whole crab and expose the basket. Dredge whole crab in BBQ Crab Seasoning and quickly fry in hot oil or broil in a 425 °F oven.

Fried Fish, Shrimp or Oysters

Mix 2 Tbsp Bolner’s Fiesta Seafood Seasoning with one cup flour or cornmeal. Beat one egg with one cup of milk. Dredge the fish fillets, shrimp, or oysters in the seasoned flour or cornmeal, then the milk and egg mixture, then again in the dry mixture to coat thoroughly. Fry in 350°F oil until golden brown.

Uncle Chris’ Texas BBQ Rub

Delicious on any meat, seafood, or vegetables!

Uncle Chris’ Texas BBQ Rub is the third addition to the signature Uncle Chris’ line. This seasoning will take your BBQ experience to the next level. Since Uncle Chris can’t be here to BBQ with you, he suggests seasoning your food with Uncle Chris’ Texas BBQ Rub the morning of or the day before cooking.

Shrimp Pasta

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a large skillet.  Whisk in 1 package (or 5 Tbs) of Seafood Pasta seasoning and 1.5 cups of milk.  Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.  Add 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp and cook until just pink, about 4 minutes.  Serve hot over pasta and garnish with green onions.

Garlic Pepper

Garlic Pepper is the perfect blend of garlic flavor and fresh ground pepper that adds a unique flavor to chicken, beef and fish.

This Garlic Pepper seasoning is a delicious combination of garlic salt, fresh ground pepper and other spices that will enhance the flavor of your favorite chicken, beef, pork and seafood dishes.
