Lemon Pepper, Salt Free

If you are looking for an easy way to add flavor to your favorite dishes without significantly increasing the sodium content of the dish, try this salt-free Lemon Pepper seasoning blend. Made with fresh lemon zest and ground pepper, augmented with garlic and other spices, this peppery spice blend will impart a pop of flavor on any chicken, seafood or pasta dish.

To utilize this seasoning as a marinade or dressing, simply whisk about 1 teaspoon of the seasoning together with a few tablespoons of olive oil and drizzle over your favorite meat before grilling or a fresh vegetable salad before tossing to serve.

Lemon Pepper

This Lemon Pepper seasoning blend is the perfect combination of zesty lemon flavor and spicy black pepper – ideal for flavoring everything from chicken and pork to seafood.

Lemon Pepper seasoning is a classic flavor that was originally used primarily as a spice for seafood. Today, however, this versatile flavoring can be used to season all of your favorite meats – even vegetarian foods like tofu. This seasoning is created by mashing lemon zest with freshly ground black pepper so that the citrus oil from the lemon zest becomes infused with peppery flavor. This Lemon Pepper seasoning blend also contains the flavors of garlic, salt and other spices to give it a well-rounded flavor that works well in a variety of dishes. Try it out the next time you are grilling a piece of chicken or sprinkle it on top of fresh pasta for a zesty pop of flavor.

Crab, Shrimp, & Crawfish Boil

A flavorful blend of garlic, onion, and spices, Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Crab, Shrimp and Crawfish Boil Seasoning is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite fresh seafood.

If you are a fan of seafood, Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Crab, Shrimp and Crawfish Boil Seasoning is something you have got to keep in stock. This seasoning blend is the simplest (and the most flavorful) way to prepare fresh seafood. To make your own tasty crab and shrimp boil at home, simply add ½ cup of Bolner’s Fiesta Brand Crab, Shrimp and Crawfish Boil Seasoning to 2 quarts of water. Bring the mixture to a boil then dump in 3 pounds of your favorite shelled seafood and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. When the shells turn bright red, turn off the heat and let the seafood soak for another 15 minutes to absorb the flavor. All that is left, then, is to serve it up and enjoy!

Onion Powder

This Onion Powder is the perfect way to add a hint of onion flavor to your favorite marinades, dressings and dips without going through the hassle of chopping all those onions yourself.

Onion Powder is traditionally made by grinding dehydrated onion – this production method ensures that the final product is both authentic and flavorful. This Onion Powder has a true onion taste that is flavorful enough to use on its own in seasoning chicken and seafood, but subtle enough to use in combination with other spices like fresh black pepper or sea salt. Use this seasoning to flavor fresh pasta or grilled chicken – you can also use it to create your own seasoning salt by blending it with salt, garlic powder and other spices. Onion Powder can also be used to give frozen pizzas a fresh-from-the-oven taste by sprinkling it over the crust just before baking.

In 2004, the FDA passed the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA). This act requires that the label of a food that contains an ingredient that is or contains protein from a “major food allergen” declare the presence of the allergen in the manner described by the law. FALCPA identifies eight foods or food groups as the major food allergens. They are milk, eggs, fish (e.g., bass, flounder, cod), Crustacean shellfish (e.g., crab, lobster, shrimp), tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. If one of these items are contained in our product, they will be clearly identified following the product’s ingredient statement.
In 2013, the FDA defined the labeling of “Gluten Free” for food manufacturers. According to the FDA, Gluten is defined as the protein that occurs naturally in wheat, rye, barley, and crossbreeds of these grains. In general, foods may be labeled “gluten-free” if they meet the definition and otherwise comply with the final rule’s requirements. More specifically, the final rule defines “gluten-free” as meaning that the food either is inherently gluten free; or does not contain an ingredient that is:

1. A gluten-containing grain (e.g., spelt wheat);

2. Derived from a gluten-containing grain that has not been processed to remove gluten (e.g., wheat flour); or

3. Derived from a gluten-containing grain that has been processed to remove gluten (e.g., wheat starch), if the use of that ingredient results in the presence of 20 parts per million (ppm) or more gluten in the food. Also, any unavoidable presence of gluten in the food must be less than 20 ppm.
